It became evident that the client advisor didn't make the right claim, which led to the denial by the warranty company. This oversight caused me unnecessary stress and left me without a properly functioning vehicle. I expected better service and professionalism from a reputable dealership like Cobb County Toyota. This experience has made me reconsider future business with them. More
