Giovanni uses misleading sales tactic to lure customers in Sales team at Herb Chambers BMW needs training on how to provide a customer-centric, truthful, sales experience. Worked with Giovanni to submit my cr Sales team at Herb Chambers BMW needs training on how to provide a customer-centric, truthful, sales experience. Worked with Giovanni to submit my credit application 2 weeks prior to coming into the dealership in order to get a better sense of credit-based price for my potential lease BEFORE I came into the dealership. Giovanni quoted me at $447 in writing via email and verbally confirmed over the phone that he successfully submitted my application and I was approved at that price. Waited 2 hours at the dealership to be told that they were closing and there wasn't enough time to complete the P&S. Returned the next day - they "couldn't find my prior credit application in the BMW system" and had to rerun my credit a second time (costing me another set of hard inquiries on my report). 5 minutes before I sat down to sign the P&S they made me sign some document that apparently had "price subject to credit approval" buried at the bottom. Once I was ready to sign the P&S they tell me that my monthly price is going to increase to $486. This is a completely misleading sales experience that Giovanni used to benefit the dealership not the customer - even though he knew my price should go up based on my tier, he gave me the lowest price, lied about my application, in order to get me into the dealership. At that point, why would I walk away? They knew I would sign at whatever price since I had come this far. Katie George was able to somewhat rectify the issue by getting the price down, but only $15, and blamed it on me, the customer, in the process. I will not be working with Giovanni moving forward. This experience has instilled zero trust in me to continue mine or my family's relationship with this dealership after my lease is up. Finally, when I picked up my car, it was covered in a layer of dust and dirt from the construction site next door. More

Have never had a dealership/sales person connect with me so many times after the deal was done...couldn’t have asked for a better experience. More
