Very disappointed with customer service Given the concerns over COVID I called Rallye service to arrange for valet service to have a recall issue addressed on the S-class I purchased at Rall Given the concerns over COVID I called Rallye service to arrange for valet service to have a recall issue addressed on the S-class I purchased at Rallye last year. I was told that they would not come and get the car!! I was surprised given that Biener Audi arranged for pick of my Audi and Habberstad BMW arranged for pick up of my 3 series. I wound up calling Huntington MB who happily agreed to come and get the car. I cannot comprehend how Rallye would so totally fail at providing this service, which is prominently advertised on their website, and which other competing dealers offer without protest. I guess I'm a Huntington MB client now. More
