unsatisfied I had purchased my vehicle at a different dealer but utilize Rallye for geographical convenience. I have been serviced at rallye at least 5x and have I had purchased my vehicle at a different dealer but utilize Rallye for geographical convenience. I have been serviced at rallye at least 5x and have never left w/out being told that my car requires additional work, at a significant cost, which was unanticipated upon arrival. while i understand that this can validly occur on occasion it is difficult to accept it validly occurs each and every time I bring the car in. insult to injury, the quarters I keep in the ashtray for parking meters were gone following my last visit, not a huge deal, and THAT had never happened before. as HELMS brothers routinely sends service discount notifications that rallye does not, I will be visiting HELMS for my next service More

My 5th lease with Rallye....they are the BEST !! I would not even think of going anywhere else but Rallye . My sales professional, Robert Gershowitz, handles me with care and courtesy, and every per I would not even think of going anywhere else but Rallye . Whether it is regular maintenance ( thanks, Katie ) or another issue, i am always in good hands , and treated like a friend and valued client. The dealership is well run, pristine in appearance, and the best I have dealt with. I switched 15 years ago, and have been super pleased that I did.
