Good service but not notified of a up and coming inspection All went well but in 48 hrs after service I get a notification of my yearly inspection being due. I have no clue why I wasn't informed at the time I brought it in for issues. I also requested that my left back bumper be looked at and possibly detailed as some rubber marks were there. Katie Is Great It was my first time visit Rally Motors. Katie gave me nice smiles, explained details about my new car's functions, called me when my car is ready for It was my first time visit Rally Motors. Katie gave me nice smiles, explained details about my new car's functions, called me when my car is ready for picking up, and she had good patients to answer all my questions. Only thing i complained was the loaner car was dirty inside and it had strong cigarette smells. and cigarette ashes was flying everywhere in car when i opened windows for refresh the smell. Katie apologized on phone when i called her about the smell and she apologized again when i returned the loaner car. I will do my service there in the future. Thank you Katie! More

Two different encounters I came for my yearly service and everyone was great. Got a loaner quickly and everything was explained to me. Not much upselling of services which i I came for my yearly service and everyone was great. Got a loaner quickly and everything was explained to me. Not much upselling of services which is common at most dealerships. However I ended up with a flat tire. I wanted to call ahead to see what they charge and get details about the process however the receptionist on the phone was very rude. refused to give me any pricing information over the phone and told me outright they do not try and patch tires. Would not give me a time for which i could come aside from saying I could bring it by and they would see if they could get to it. I was very disappointed and expected more. I was able to call another MB dealership (Massapequa) and they gave me all the information over the phone and set up an appointment that day. After this experience that will be my new dealership of choice. More
