Very nice service, and I love the loan car! Katie helped me to get the service done, and I had revived several message from her let me know the car is ready to pick up and remind me the weather, Katie helped me to get the service done, and I had revived several message from her let me know the car is ready to pick up and remind me the weather, she’s really sweet. And also my sales guy Andy he put down every thing right come to me help to explain what I need to do to Katie, makes me feel easier. My daughters and I both love the GLS 550 they loaned me, very clean and nice, easy to drive, they even started to save for their fist Mercedes Benz. Definitely will recommend Rolly to my friends! Rally always gives you 100% Always very satisfied with service I get at Rallye!! My daughter called for towing while I was out of town. Emergency brake top broke off when she went to release the brake. Car was towed from Queens to Roslyn and problem was repaired the next business day. Katie kept me informed with texts and e-mails about the status and when vehicle was completed. Once again, excellent service at Rallye!! More

Dissatisfied with Diagnosis This company has great customer service, so no complaints there but the diagnosis to my car issue was totally wrong. I had mentioned what the issue wa This company has great customer service, so no complaints there but the diagnosis to my car issue was totally wrong. I had mentioned what the issue was, we took a test drive, and after checking the car they came back with the brakes needed fixing before we can go any further. "Let's see if that solves the issue". After spending $2,000 on the brakes the issue was still there (repeat vibration on steering wheel and clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel to the left only at a certain angle). Why would I go to a reputable MB dealer to get an answer I would get from a no name garage? I am totally disappointed. They had me come back and speak to Andrew (we took another test drive with the tech, snowy day, so we could not hear the exact problem), who was very courteous, they rotated my tires saying that might be the issue, and that also did not solve the problem. I called Andrew the next day and left a voicemail. I did not get a call back to date. More
