I don't agree with the Appointment process. Why make an appointment, and choose to leave and get my groceries or run arranes and come back for my car. I should be told my car was pushed back because I chose not to wait and your waiting room is full. They have the same opinion I have to make an appointment. The appointment system is not a good one at all. I also think if it is going to be more than 2 hours Loaners should be able. More

As a Jeep owner for over 25 years that almost exclusively services my vehicles at dealerships, this is the worst Jeep service department I have dealt with across four states. Abysmal communication, poor work services my vehicles at dealerships, this is the worst Jeep service department I have dealt with across four states. Abysmal communication, poor workmanship, and lack of follow up except with surveys. I will proactively recommend against friends and family using this dealership. Disappointed. More
