From the moment I stepped onto the car lot at BMW Galleria, I was treated with courtesy, compassion, and professionalism. I called Katie to only inquire about a preowned X7. She was amazing! She took the time and listened to our needs. We ended up purchasing a brand new X7! We did the transaction long distance then She was amazing! She took the time and listened to our needs. We ended up purchasing a brand new X7! We did the transaction long distance then drove down to pick it up a week later. She made the delivery so special. I even teared up at the sweet gifts she gave me.
