They accomplished everything very, very well with the greatEst of efficiency. They made this happen and did so on my schedule with complete attention to my needs and wants. Best car buying experience ever because of these professionals. And as an aside, the car is phenomenal in all respects, as well! I could not more highly recommend these wonderful professionals and the vehicles they sell. I am grateful our paths crossed and I had their support and help. Horrible Customer Service I called Russ Darrow to quote me on a 2019 Kia Stinger. Spoke with Erica and she said I would get a call back from management that night, no phone ca I called Russ Darrow to quote me on a 2019 Kia Stinger. Spoke with Erica and she said I would get a call back from management that night, no phone call. Days later I called back spoke with another Saleswoman asking for a quote, told again Management would call back, no phone call again! Erica contacted me 3 days later asking me if manager ever contacted me and I said no. Erica said they were "really busy" but I would get a call back by 6pm. 6:45 no call.... I'd say this is absolutely horrible customer service but.that would be an overstatement. I would caution everyone because if this is the initial experience I can imagine how anything further would be purposely ignored. More
