Andrew did an excellent job walking me through the delivery process and Keith was a valuable resource answering any questions I had after the car was delivered and I had driven it for a few weeks. The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. As an aside, I have another Subaru dealer closer to home that claims to be "all about you", but the Concordville team was worth driving out of my way. More

Keith is an outstanding representative of Concordville Subaru. Keith was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the features on my new Crosstrek. He patiently walked me through all of the buttons and screens and helped me set up my preferences. He also showed me some really cool applications I wasn't aware of that are available. He answered all of my questions, told me about the quick service where I can just drive right in and offered me a car wash. I had received a survey about my experience but unfortunately I had accidentally opened it before my appointment with him and it closed out before I had a chance to complete it. If I had the chance to complete the survey, Keith would have received outstanding/5 stars in every category. Concordville Subaru is lucky to have such a knowledgable person such as Keith at it's employee. In fact, all of the employees I spoke to on the morning of my appointment were very welcoming, pleasant and accommadating. I will be letting everyone in my family and friend circle know that they can receive such outstanding service from this car dealership. Thank you! More
