Staff was wonderful. Car was ready when they said and I was given a loaner. I gave 4 stars because it blows my mind that they charge so much for labor. I purchased this vehicle one year ago and I was told 2 tires were new. I then had to purchase 2 new tires which was fine understandable. I also had an alignment at this time. I constantly complained about tires were new. I then had to purchase 2 new tires which was fine understandable. I also had an alignment at this time. I constantly complained about the RPM;s and not a smooth ride. I did not drive from February to June and have put minimal mileage on the car. Now, the brakes needs to be done, 2 new tires, a belt issue that is $400. I didn't expect within one year to have to put $1000 into this vehicle. Oil change was fine, drop off/pick up of my car was fine BUT it wasn't vacuumed like the previous time it was serviced. I have also asked for touch-up paint on 2 occasions and still have not received it. More

Patrick Mazda takes great care of their customers. Such a smooth process from start to finish. During these trying times, they picked up my car and brought it to their shop to do the requested maintenance. T smooth process from start to finish. Very attentive service team that knows how to own up to their own mistakes. After my car was worked on the air box was left unlatched causing some noise.
