it was not good, I am not understanding how a new car needs the all-wheel drive flushed. I looked in the manual. No where in there does it state that needs to be completed. The price on the paper was different then the guys quoted. the first experience where it was free was way different then my second time. Also, the electric went out, so the work was not completed. No one ever called back to reschedule I had to reach back out. i tried to call the service department back and no one answered. More

Bought a new 2022 Eclipse 2 years ago. We have brought the car in for service 3 times because the hands free calling on the steering will not work. Plus the we continually lose our scre We have brought the car in for service 3 times because the hands free calling on the steering will not work. Plus the we continually lose our screen and radio stations and contacts. We were told that they don't know why it keeps happening. On Memorial day 2023 we came in interested in moving out of our 2022 because it's not what we paid for. My wife didn't want to go back but I wanted to see if any upgrades had been done to the new models. After speaking to our salesman about our problem he went and brought his boss out to speak with us about our problem. After 20 minutes and his efforts to try and Make it work he acknowledged that it was not right., said Sorry and walked away ....... what kind of service is that. He knew we had been looking at a few other vehicles and might have bought another vehicle. I'm sorry but that is NOT how you treat a customer. I have had people ask me about my car and where I bought it and my answer has always been. The car could be real nice but I would recommend staying away from your dealership I'm still under my warranty but your dealership has no interest in helping me. Most of your salespeople have been nice with the exception one of your managers that has made it really clear to us that it NOT his problem. This us the first time that I have ever wrote a review, but this is the first time I have ever been treated like this as a customer. More

My experience at Biggers was wonderful and amazing. I've purchased several vehicles in my time and never have I experienced such professionalism as I did with Kevin my salesman and the finance person. Warrenty Work I own a 2011 Evo X and had a few problems with the car. Keith is extremely friendly and listens to you right away. I am a ase tech and they allow me to diag the vehicle and be able to bring it in for warrenty work. My car is slightly modified and they still accept my warrenty work. I am very appreciative of them doing my work, and how friendly they are here. Highly recommend them for anybody and any work! More
