Thank you for your feedback. I am very surprised to see this and even more curious as this is the first time I've ever had this sort of complaint. I see looking thru the notes in our CRM that our emails back to you were getting blocked however I'm surprised that you were not receiving the voicemails that were to be left for you. I will be meeting with my BDC Manager Monday to review phone records of outbound calls as well so that I can have a greater understanding of why you were not receiving either calls or emails sent.
