Decided to buy a new Subaru and knew exactly what we wanted. We were concerned about high demand and lack of availability but salesman Rob explored the inventory and found a car due to arrive from Japan wanted. Almost to the minute we received a call from Rob that our car had arrived. Purchase went smoothly and Rob went over all of the features in detail. I just picked up my new Outback and my entire experience working with Copeland has been fantastic! Robert, the Sales Consultant that assisted me throughout, was extremely professional, no-pressure, and so working with Copeland has been fantastic! Robert, the Sales Consultant that assisted me throughout, was extremely professional, no-pressure, and so knowledgeable and helpful with showing me all of the new technology. The entire process from the sale and trade-in, to working with Brittany on pickup day to complete paperwork, and to interacting with Essence in the service department to have some accessories installed - all was seamless and the entire staff made it an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Copeland to anyone in the market for a new car! More
