As someone who hates car shopping, this experience may have changed my mind! My daughter had done her research and knew exactly what she wanted and at what price point. We made an appointment with Gianna have changed my mind! My daughter had done her research and knew exactly what she wanted and at what price point. We made an appointment with Gianna who was truly amazing to work with. There was no pressure, no back & forth with a manager which has been my typical experience. We had a 10:15 appointment, discussed our needs, did a test drive, walked through financing, got the car cleaned, insured, registered and drove off in a new car with a full tank of gas that same afternoon.
