Long way for a Great Experience! Excellent! The customer service from Tony Luna from moment one was excellent! I had contacted the dealer via email where Tony was quick to call me Excellent! After answering a few questions, Tony needed to confirm a few items. Tony called back and confirmed the last of my questions, we then negotiated a fair selling price for the vehicle. Once we agreed on price I asked to hold the vehicle until I could arrange to get there, he agreed to hold for a small deposit. I made arrangements to fly out to Boston from Chicago to pick up the vehicle, where then Tony emailed me to say "I would be glad to pick you up from the Airport if that will make it easier" Well to say the least, Tony made my day easier, picked my son and I up from the airport, drove to the dealer to find the vehicle having its last clean-up details being done. I was then greeted by Keith DiRocco who was finishing those details. Keith and I handled the last remaining paperwork in about 10-15 minutes (spot on!) My son and I had a great traveling experience on the 1,000 mile road trip back! If only ALL other dealers could be this way! I have purchased many cars, trucks, (new and used) and picked up many Company Cars, but the experience through this place was awesome! Keith Kmiec More

A little back and forth on price which is to be expected. Bought the truck at a price I could live with. Here is where it got better. Being new to Massachsetts I really didn't know the rules and laws regarding insurance and registration. They walked me through the process even providing phone numbers for my insurance carrier. Printed all of my documents and helped me secure a tow of my new truck to my residence. I would definitely shop there again. More

I was in the market for a car some years ago, and my Uncle recommended Modern Auto to me, saying he had a good experience there. I went down and worked with Joe, the owner, and found a vehicle that was right for me. I enjoyed my experience so much that some years later, after having moved back to New England from living out of the region for a few years, I went back to Modern Auto and Joe helped take care of me again finding a vehicle that met my needs both in function and price. With any vehicle I have purchased from Modern Auto, if I ever found any fallow up concerns after the purchase, I was always taken care of with timely repairs and no cost billed to me. Modern Auto Sales/Service, and its President Joe Caggiano, have always given me a Great experience (5 Stars). Leo A. our sales associate who worked with us could not have been more accomodating. He was very knowledgeable of the two vehicles we were interested in test driving. His down to earth, no pressure approach, was welcoming and refreshing as I have been looking for a vehicles and test driving many for over a year. I feel I was treated fairly and respectfully through the entire negotiation process, no hassle, no pressure and my end price was affordable. Leo even took the time in the snowy weather we have been having to wash the outside of my vehicle. It looked terrific when I picked it up a few days later. The dealership as a whole, as well as the service department, is very professional and clean and I would recommend Modern Auto to others who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
