Long way for a Great Experience! Excellent! The customer service from Tony Luna from moment one was excellent! I had contacted the dealer via email where Tony was quick to call me Excellent! The customer service from Tony Luna from moment one was excellent! I had contacted the dealer via email where Tony was quick to call me back. After answering a few questions, Tony needed to confirm a few items. Tony called back and confirmed the last of my questions, we then negotiated a fair selling price for the vehicle. Once we agreed on price I asked to hold the vehicle until I could arrange to get there, he agreed to hold for a small deposit. I made arrangements to fly out to Boston from Chicago to pick up the vehicle, where then Tony emailed me to say "I would be glad to pick you up from the Airport if that will make it easier" Well to say the least, Tony made my day easier, picked my son and I up from the airport, drove to the dealer to find the vehicle having its last clean-up details being done. I was then greeted by Keith DiRocco who was finishing those details. Keith and I handled the last remaining paperwork in about 10-15 minutes (spot on!) My son and I had a great traveling experience on the 1,000 mile road trip back! If only ALL other dealers could be this way! I have purchased many cars, trucks, (new and used) and picked up many Company Cars, but the experience through this place was awesome! Keith Kmiec More
