Joe, Ernesto, Craig, Keith, Joey, Matt, and the whole team made the process dead simple and super straightforward. Trading in was a breeze and paperwork and delivery were handled in a snap. I’m fortunate to say I get to work with these folks every day, and while that may lead some to believe there’s a bias, I can say that as both a customer and employee, Modern Auto has done right by me many times over. Strongly recommend taking a look if you’re in the market for a car, or if you’re looking for a great working environment - and if you know me, you know I would not make either recommendation lightly. Never have I met a more calm and understanding man when it came to getting cars. He I lived by the words “Never trust a salesman” up until I met Tim. He’s trained by a wonderful team of “I’d rather you be happy ,safe and ready then to put you into a car you can’t afford or need” the man took 6 months to help me find a car. Life is hard and Tim never made me feel ashamed for dodging call or even making appointments and not meeting him. every single time I went back to him he greeted me with a “ how have you been been” not a “when are you coming in” I will forever go to Tim and the management at modern auto, they have great morales and would rather see you comfortable than make a buck. Two days later, I drove the car home! Very friendly, very responsive to questions, I would 100% buy another vehicle from here. Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made now that I think of it! More
