After serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator onboard Submarines for 8 years, I entered the automotive industry in 1992 and have been in a variety of positions since. Currently serving Concordville Subaru as a Finance Manager and couldn’t be happier. I was raised in the small town of Macungie, PA which is in the Lehigh Valley near Allentown. Since joining the Concordville Family, I stopped that daily commute and moved to Malvern. For my passion on Sundays off, I play baseball with the Lehigh Valley Mens Senior Baseball League (Red Sox 50’s and older) and can still hit and throw the ball hard.

Keith was very knowledgeable and prepared to complete the transaction. He was considerate in allowing us some time to obtain the title for our trade in. Giselle was very helpful and knowledgeable on forwarding the title for our trade in the most expedite process to complete the transaction. We were very happy with our overall experience working with the personnel at this dealership and would recommend them to anyone that is looking at purchasing an automobile. The only thing that that we were unhappy with was the used vehicle only came with one specialized electronic key. Futuristically I would recommend that the previous owners either assure they have the second key or the dealership charging the previous owner for a new key so the next owner doesn’t have to purchase another key.
