I have to say after leaving a dealership where the salesman was so rude and disrespectful Keith made my day! He was so pleasant from the moment we walked in. We didn't have an appointment and it was c salesman was so rude and disrespectful Keith made my day! He was so pleasant from the moment we walked in. We didn't have an appointment and it was close to closing and he still helped me find what I was looking for. He was funny and made time to connect with his customer. I love that! He didn't tell me about his life in a way where it made me feel like I should feel bad for his situation and buy a car from him like most have done that I have interacted with. He was genuine and caring. He treated me like he would his family. I appreciate the fact that he answered all my mom's questions and was patient with her. He understood she was just trying to protect her daughter and make sure she wasn't getting in over her head. He was never rude or made me feel pressured. I HATE buying a car but Keith made it so much better. I was so grateful for him and the finance guy staying late and making sure I had what I needed. Keith even took my car to get gas and clean it out since it was so late and the detail shop was close. I am forever grateful to them for helping me get a car that I want and in my price range! More
