Once the vehicle is scheduled, the service is fine. The frustration is that I had to call the service department 5 times to get an appointment, on 4 attempts, no one in service ever picked up the phone The frustration is that I had to call the service department 5 times to get an appointment, on 4 attempts, no one in service ever picked up the phone, I left voicemail with no return call, on the 5th try, I told the receptionist I'm not hanging up until someone takes the call. Once I finally got someone on the line he was clearly irritated by my approach and hit my wife with an "accelerated" service fee of $96.95. I bought an Acura not a Chevy for a reason! I'm pretty sure you can do better. More

I originally leased my 2019 RDX for three years and later decided to purchase it outright with cash. While my experience during the lease period was positive, my relationship with the dealership declined sig decided to purchase it outright with cash. While my experience during the lease period was positive, my relationship with the dealership declined significantly once I became the owner. On two separate occasions, I called about a recall and was told the part was not available. No one followed up, and I was left waiting with no resolution. Additionally, when my car’s electrical system started acting up, I paid $200 for a diagnostic test, only to be told that nothing was wrong—despite the clear malfunction. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I no longer feel supported as a customer, and as a result, I will not return to this dealership in the future. More
