Very poor customer service everytime I go to Secor Volvo. They make you feel like you are an annoyance to them and don’t make you feel like you didn’t just spent $50,000 there. We have been going to secor for many years, never had issue, however, this last repair was a huge disappointment! It took 4 weeks and $4200!!!!! Not happy! Not friendly as it was in the past! More impor issue, however, this last repair was a huge disappointment! It took 4 weeks and $4200!!!!! Not happy! Not friendly as it was in the past! More importantly, there was difficulty in finding a part to fix air bag malfunction, if a dealership as Secor works on Volvo can’t complete repair in a timely manner on my wallet was a joke!! I had to pay for a rental beyond their one week for payment!! The day I picked up my Volvo, and I find the messages of airbag needs service??!! I was so livid!!!! Not Happy!!!!! Also, They usually as a courtesy, wash and vacuum your car…Not done and never going back unless they can treat me as a faithful customer! More
