With the help of Sales Manager, Keith Nichols, I got a terrific deal not only on the CLA250 but also on the trade in value of my Toyota! Keith was patient and understood quickly what was needed to get me on the road driving a Mercedes. (Thank you Keith!) Last but not least, I had the pleasure of meeting Terrence Abrams. He was able to beat the finance deal I had gotten from my bank! Incredible! No salesman tricks, no agenda, just good old fair play and getting a good deal for both sides. Julian never backtracked, never tried to change what we agreed on and always made sure we feel welcomed. Julian was our ambassador at the dealership and took care of what we needed. In conjunction with manager of trade in (Elias) and manager of new cars (Kieth), Julian made sure we get a great deal and feel like buyers of high-end cars should. In short, stop your search. Go to Julian, ask him to do what he can for you and you will be treated like you want to be. I was at another dealership, not even close (unless you want to pay more and be greated by a guy in a suit with a less than genuine smile, in which case look elsewhere-with Julian and his team, you get an honest young guy that will get your deal done with a smile and which will be there for you for your next car.
