From the moment I walked into the beautiful showroom I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who introduced me to Keith my salesman who was excellent! He was not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and he showed me several cars that met my requirements. Keith is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and a great listener. Once I decided on my car we did some paperwork and then I was introduced to Charlie the finance manager. Charlie was also very thorough and answered all of my questions. In under two hours I was able to leave the dealership in my brand new Equinox. I definitely recommend Ferman Chevrolet for a great car buying experience. More

They were willing to honor the legacy discount that I had used on my most recent Suburban in 2014. Some other dealers told me it was no longer available. They however did not give me the same trade in amoun used on my most recent Suburban in 2014. Some other dealers told me it was no longer available. They however did not give me the same trade in amount that they quoted me when I placed the order. I was given 10 percent less and told that my vehicle's value had changed over the last month and a half. The last problem was the pressure I felt to purchase the extended warranties. I don't believe there is value to these products at such high initial prices and I believe that it wasn't fair that the products were not completely explained before the last minutes of closing the deal. More
