A lovely gentleman named Keith approached me and introduced himself, shook my hand and asked me what I was looking for in a car. Two and a half hours later, I walked out of there pleased and with a new car. I didn't feel taken advantage of, there was no haggling and they got me what I needed. It was a great overall experience and I will go back there again in the future for all my cars. More

He wasn't pushy as he wasn't trying to force me to purchase unwanted extras, like some past salesmen I've dealt with, but he did provide me with information on my options and some of the pros of certain features. He also remembered info i had told him from my first visit which is a huge plus for customer service. Keith made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable, and also helped me get to the price i was looking for. It was refreshing to deal with a salesman who is genuine and easy to talk to, but also knowledgeable and doing his part to make this sale happen.
