He explained every feature in the car in detail while I took it for a test drive and was very polite, friendly, and professional. He helped me set up my new insurance policy, connected my phone to bluetooth in the car, helped me download my contacts, and even set up my bluelink account for me so I didn't have to waste me time figuring it out. Keith also ran through the quick reference guide for my new car with me and showed me a few key features on the bluelink app for my iPhone. I went through seamless transitions from the salesman to the finance manager to the cashier and was in my brand new car in no time at all. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Keith Sharon when you go car shopping because he was absolutely outstanding during my first new car experience. More

Two and a half hours later, I walked out of there pleased and with a new car. I didn't feel taken advantage of, there was no haggling and they got me what I needed. He wasn't pushy as he wasn't trying to force me to purchase unwanted extras, like some past salesmen I've dealt with, but he did provide me with information on my options and some of the pros of certain features. He also remembered info i had told him from my first visit which is a huge plus for customer service. Keith made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable, and also helped me get to the price i was looking for. It was refreshing to deal with a salesman who is genuine and easy to talk to, but also knowledgeable and doing his part to make this sale happen.
