Low pressure & friendly We had a very positive experience with Lima Auto Mall. We drove up from the Dayton area because they had a used Chevy Volt listed on their website. Steven Wilkerson (sales) was, professional, very polite, low pressure, and found answers to our questions. He also admitted not knowing a lot about the Volt. His honesty was refreshing since our experience has been that few dealers know much about the Volt; a plug in extended range electric - a.k.a hybrid ) and may try to steer you to another vehicle. Completing the paperwork and a service visit at a later date to replace damaged air intake molding as part of the sale also went smoothly. A very good car buying experience overall. More
