When I drove my new 2022 Kia Soul off the lot on Friday the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back ordered. They kept me posted on what was happening. As soon as they were able to get those parts, they got me in and replaced audio system and outlet. Happy to say they stayed right on top of the situation. More

He still has not contacted me to schedule an appointment to have my windshield leak fixed. I am considering contacting KIA corporate to file a complaint and taking it to another Kia dealership considering t to have my windshield leak fixed. Service department took good care of me since I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I’ve had some issues when I have called to ask questions at the dealership. I’ve not had th wait 3 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I’ve had some issues when I have called to ask questions at the dealership. I’ve not had the most polite people. I’m considering getting rid of my Kia because of the experience that I’ve had there. My car just turned over 34,000 miles. After my oil change I looked up to see when my next one would be. And they had written down 75,000 miles for my oil change. There’s no way that my car which does not take synthetic oil Would be able to go 40,000+ miles without oil change. So there was a lot of inconsistency altogether. I’m looking at least in car with another dealership. My experiences not always been negative but the last two times has been challenging to say the least. More

Keith and Jake were very welcoming to me, and genuinely wanted to get my car in as soon as possible to have my issue addressed. Keith kept me informed of the findings, and how to remedy it. The most impressive thing about Keith, and at least one technician, is that they made it into work despite icy conditions that morning, and since my car was already there, they were able to complete service on it that day. Charging $175 for a DIAGNOSTIC to be run and not doing ANY work is xxxxxxxx. It took all of 30 seconds to plug in the coder and look to see what the code was referring to. Thank goodness Keith was there and said since it wasn’t explained to me I didn’t have to pay, but this is not how you treat customers. It wasn’t this way in the past and since this is how you are running your service center now, I will not be coming back to this location for any Kia services from that point on. Had I not returned calls and left my vehicle there for days on end, I could understand. But I dropped my vehicle off when asked and picked it up in the same day as well as getting back to Keith as soon as I was able to discuss my vehicle’s need. More
