When you buy a new car the last thing you expect is it will need attention and repair! The issue was an electrical issue and it took some time to find and repair. When I drove my new 2022 Kia Soul off the lot on Friday the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back ordered. They kept me posted on what was happening. As soon as they were able to get those parts, they got me in and replaced audio system and outlet. Happy to say they stayed right on top of the situation. More

He still has not contacted me to schedule an appointment to have my windshield leak fixed. I am considering contacting KIA corporate to file a complaint and taking it to another Kia dealership considering t to have my windshield leak fixed. I am considering contacting KIA corporate to file a complaint and taking it to another Kia dealership considering this is a manufacturing issue and is covered under my warranty. More
