I am raised in New Orleans and moved to Marin at 27 and never left. I have raised 4 children with the same wife of many years and I believe that because a car or truck will mostly depreciate faster than anything else we put money into, it pays to get into the philosophical conversation of "how much car do I need and care about and what will it cost me". I've led this dealership in sales these last 11 years and have Finance and Managerial experience during my stay at Toyota Marin (the only dealership I've ever worked at.)

A good first time experience This was my first new car. I was met with games or lackluster customer support at other Toyota dealerships in the area. Some times I wondered if those This was my first new car. I was met with games or lackluster customer support at other Toyota dealerships in the area. Some times I wondered if those other dealers even wanted to sell me a car. Keith was persistent, yet professional in checking in with me to make sure he could get the car I wanted. He was able to get exactly what I wanted for the Truecar price quoted online (note another dealer did not honour their online quote). Both Keith and Joshua were very candid about the buying process, the price of the car, etc. You still need to do your homework before buying a new car anywhere, but I would recommend both these guys to anyone shopping for a new car and would be happy to go back to them when we decide to buy our next new car. I'm still waiting for my final approval from TFS, but so far my experience has been great. More

The salesman, Keith Ural, was a pleasure to work with. He offered me a very favorable deal, and just generally made the buying of this vehicle as painless and pleasant as it probably could have been. The finance manager who processed the deal was also very pleasant to work with and got me through the contract signing quickly even while fully explaining what each signature meant. In addition, there was a young woman whose name I can't remember who made me very comfortable by offering me coffee and one of her homemade cookies. A very nice touch. More

PHENOMENAL! You name it: Friendly? Check. Transparent and honest? Check, check. Great price? Check! It doesn't get better than this dealership. From step one, these guys treated me with respect, and at no po honest? Check, check. Great price? Check! It doesn't get better than this dealership. From step one, these guys treated me with respect, and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed, pulled, bullied, or manipulated in any way. Keith Ural: Rock solid. He found my truck faster than anyone else, and he worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even when it looked like I was going to purchase it directly through my credit union instead. Good service from start to finish. Paul Phillips: 100% real. When he talks, it's not scripted or loaded with emotion to get you to lower your guard. He was straight forward and honest, and he made my wife and me feel right at home. David Dennis: Like Paul and Keith, "Double D" was great. It was almost like he was working for me instead of the dealership. When I asked about lowering prices and increasing coverage on things like the extended warranty, the service plan, and so on, he slashed the prices practically in half and sweetened the deal with a longer warranty for half the price, etc. Super friendly, super honest, great person. Overall: As with ANY new car purchase from ANY dealership, make sure you go there armed with knowledge. Know your credit score and the true market value of the vehicle, and shop around for a good loan. My credit union was able to offer me a loan that the dealership simply wasn't able to match, and David in financing didn't try to hustle me into thinking that the dealership's marginally higher APR was somehow better. Certain things are set in stone, like the invoice price of the vehicle, which you should ask to see if it's not offered to you. The dealer can't sell it to you for less than that, but try not to pay too much more, and certainly don't pay MSRP. Other things, like the extended warranty, the maintenance program, GAP insurance, and accessories for your car, are ideas, not products, and the price for those is always negotiable! Also, don't pay for a "Delivery Fee". It's just another way for a dealership to slap on a couple hundred bucks to your loan, but they'll drop it if you make some noise. The squeaky wheel gets the oil, right? Do your homework, read articles online about the buying process, and head to this dealership for a fast, friendly, pain-free car buying experience. More

At our scheduked meeting time, Ryan was prompt, up front with the price and got me the car that I wanted. He did not try to talk me into anything that i didn't need or want and although i am not a frequent with the price and got me the car that I wanted.
