From Lambertville, MI, Keith has worked at Yark Automotive since November of 1998. He has 3 children and a grandchild. His wife is an elementary school teacher and Keith actually used to be a teacher too! Outside of work he enjoys doing anything outdoors like hiking and fishing. He also enjoys reading and restoring cars. One thing Keith cannot live without is his family. His favorite places to be are Northern Michigan and Canada. The weirdest job he has ever had was cleaning a butcher shop. Keith's favorite car is his '65 Dodge Coronet.

I had a minor repair that required in some parts. The service center at BMW Toledo was able to get me in quickly as a walk-in, take care of the matter and give me back on the road. Several mistakes, 1st oil change and snow wheels purchase. Oil change well done, great customer service. New purchase & labor was not BMW quality. Experiences starting from the automated notificatio purchase. Oil change well done, great customer service. New purchase & labor was not BMW quality. Experiences starting from the automated notification confirmation of $2k tires & wheels not actually arriving. Was told not to listen to the automated messages, to get a human. Complications locating purchase, our car sat passed over the weekend. At the end they also lost our tires and wheels when putting on the new. No receipt or contract in regards to there resolution of our lost tires. More
