Horrible customer service, work ethic and bad mechanical work...my truck was towed to their shop after failed ford warrantied parts ...reviewed with parts manager and service manager that if defective the p work...my truck was towed to their shop after failed ford warrantied parts ...reviewed with parts manager and service manager that if defective the part and labor would be reimbursed 100 percent. It took over 3 weeks of them working on what I already explained was the problem for them to diagnose on their own...after agreeing it was failed ford parts and covered within timeframe they proceed to tell me that I never replaced the ipr...they could not find the receipt in their system....so they did not honor the warranty..only after I paid over $3100 (for 2nd time) and picked up my truck ...I found the Ford purchase receipt and now all the sudden the parts manager agrees she found it too...now they need to 'get back to me' about what will be covered...now after several call backs and no return promise call back...I am told by Kim that they will only reimburse 150$ and the part...still haven't received that and I. Requesting a copy of the recorded conversation with this misrepresented information. The tech put in the wrong oil for my truck per factory recommendation.. he also never connected the transmission dip stick tube and I noticed my transmission was not shifting normal. .I also noticed transmission fluid leaking when I got home..they asked me to bring it back when I called to complain...I had to explain that would blow my transmission....they only then agreed to send the tech to my house to correct.....unacceptable...he didn't even add more fluid when you could see the puddle I lost ...I cant even believe how awful the service is and every manager has a different story...convenient More

Vehicle was repaired poorly and was kept for three more business days and five total than expected. We received it back with damage and multiple items not fixed so it had to be brought back for an addition business days and five total than expected.
