Ken and Agnes took very good care of me. . Ken hooked me up with service manager so that I could get warranty work done with ease.. he later contacted me when parts were in and a timely fashi . Agnes the morning of service took care of me very efficiently and friendly much appreciated... She even stopped what she was doing came and got me so I could look at my truck while the service tech was completing the required service. Accolades to your shop for helping a distressed family that was there at the same time I was six kids mom and dad with a check engine light on there van transit Agnes got them in and out repaired under 2 hours very nice... I am at your dealership because previous experiences with others have been less than enjoyable thank you for everything bathrooms very clean I appreciate that waiting area was good excellent... Look forward to continuing service with you thanks again More

Within 29 days I had a dead truck 2x. All that was done was to replace 2 batteries. They insisted that was all that was needed dispute numerous complaints about dead maverick hybrid issue All that was done was to replace 2 batteries. They insisted that was all that was needed dispute numerous complaints about dead maverick hybrid issues out there. I doubt that my problem has been fixed and I anticipate I will be back again and have zero confidence that if I go out of town that the truck will reliably start in the future. Come on Ford Do Better!!! Loyal Ford owner since 1974!!! More
