This dealership, specifically speaking, the service department needs some serious training on professionalism and customer service!! Upon driving into the service center, you won’t be greeted by the 5 people standing up front, you’ll actually have to approach them. The one lady would rather give you a dirty look and continue playing with her cell phone. Kellie is not even worth an ounce of air, she’s extremely dismissive, argumentative, short, disrespectful and rude. I would highly consider giving her a large amount of professional training in the customer service department. She’s the reason people may not return to your dealership. If you need to do business here, see DAVID!!! He was rock solid and outstanding. He was helpful, polite, respectful and professional. He needs to be the model employee for everyone else to learn from!! Go DAVID, you get 5 stars in my book and the reason I’ll be back!! More
