Just had my first service at 5000. They found a screw embedded in the edge of my tire and made arrangements to get me a replacement tire that afternoon. I was offered a brand new car They found a screw embedded in the edge of my tire and made arrangements to get me a replacement tire that afternoon. I was offered a brand new car as a loaner and it took less than 15 minutes to arrange it and get me on my way. They called me later in the afternoon when my car was ready and turning in my loaner and retrieving my own car (now clean inside and out after servicing) was smoother than I could have imagined. Replacement tire was a bit cheaper than initially quoted and even came with a 2 year road hazard protection plan, which was fully explained to me. I was treated with respect and a very friendly and pleasant professional demeanor by Kelleigh. The service bay was clean and spacious and the waiting room was well stocked with food and drink including fresh fruit and a very comfortable place to sit (one area with tables and one with chairs and couches). Called back today with a tech question and my sales rep, Howard immediately referred me to Hope in their Tech Dept. She solved my problem in five minutes. I was treated professionally, courteously and in a way that left me feeling happy, not 'tech stupid'. More

Excellent service from start to finish! From Massachusetts I didn’t know if I could have one of my free service visits done here. Called for service appointment and was taken in in less t From Massachusetts I didn’t know if I could have one of my free service visits done here. Called for service appointment and was taken in in less than an hour! Kelleigh greeted me and explained what my Lexus was due for and that was all covered as one of my free services. She offered me a free loaner car as it was going to take up to 3 hours to complete. Service was done, car was washed and cleaned and Kelleigh explained to me everything that was done and answered all my questions. The facility was the most beautiful and comfortable car dealership I’ve ever been in! Excellent service! More
