My recent visit to the car service center was an exceptionally positive experience. I was in and out in just 45 minutes for a quick inspection, a speed and efficiency that was greatly appreciated. exceptionally positive experience. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Bill's excellent customer service is a major asset to your team, and his professional demeanor turned a routine appointment into a genuinely good experience. On the overall experience…all good. Eager to do work on a vehicle. Overpriced but quality is there. One downside….when a problem arises they pushed back on the owner. A problem they created was not solved until after customer was raked over the coals. The customer was accused of causing an issue clearly caused when the car was in the shop. A lengthy verbal back and forth ensued between manager and customer. Customers appreciate problem solvers. I was put on the defensive defending myself against ridiculous accusations. “Working together” should follow through from start to finish. In addition, customer is always asked to spend more $ on top of a simple appt. Such as an oil change. This is never forced however. More
