Very positive experience with my sales person Michael Klein. He handled everything online with me and had the paperwork ready at the dealership upon my arrival. A great asset to the dealership. I give the dealership overall 4 out of 5 stars. I was purchasing a used Lexus and upon my driving it and review of the overall condition there was items that should have been addressed before I saw the car. It wasnt as clean as it should have been inside, glitches in the software, sunroof issue with a part broken and other minor problems that should have been seen. There was a funky odor in the car too. The dealership made good and took the car in for repairs and gave me some new rubber floor mats. Gave me a loaner and the service area is top notch. Thank you Michael Klein and Tina for a pleasant ecxperience. More
