Kelly joined White River Toyota in 2014 after almost 19 years in the Automotive Industry. She has been in Dealership Sales, Finance and now Sales Management as well as working in the technology fields supporting the industry. If you ask Kelly why she has stayed in automotive so long- she will tell you it is just fun! She loves helping people and the friends and relationships created over time. White River Toyota is definitely a place that supports that mindset. Kelly has 3 degrees in music - her main interest outside of work. She is married for 21 years and has twin 17 year old twin girls - graduating from High School in June! Guess they are glad Mom works for Toyota!! This was our third Toyota from White River Toyota and this was by far the easiest transaction!. Dipak, our salesperson, was warm, friendly and very helpful. If he didn't know the answer he went and found this was by far the easiest transaction!. Dipak, our salesperson, was warm, friendly and very helpful. If he didn't know the answer he went and found out. We didn't feel pressured and were able to choose our new RAV 4 hybrid with minimal fuss. Even when we heard that it could take up to 8 months we were willing to wait and when it came in after 2.5 months were even happier! More

My experience from day one was very positive. Sat down with Jon going over numbers and what I was looking for on both a new purchase as well as what I could afford. He constantly kept me up to date with where my vehicle was in the process from being built to estimated time of delivery. No pressure and super tuned on making sure I was happy and aware of the steps along the way. I have now completed four purchases from this dealership and plan on many more in the future. More
