I have had my vehicle serviced at Mercedes Benz dearship
multiple times and the customer service has always been great but Kelly Sandefur definitely supersedes all other times. I had to get a rental and so

I had to get a rental and so after asking all my questions over my car and service when it came to be switched to the rental dept and hand over my car for the mechanics she asked me do you have everything you need from your car and I said yes and they she started naming like and remotes or extra keys or cell phone charger and for me that was the “setting the bar” . She could have easily just said okay and took me over to the next dept. But she made sure to ask any what I would consider “easy things to forget then realize we need them when we don’t have them”. It was definitely appreciated and stood out for me.
