Best Car Buying Experience Ever! We purchased a 2018 Crosstrek from Gerald Subaru of Naperville through Kelly Thomas yesterday. We had been in contact with Kelly since July. She has b We purchased a 2018 Crosstrek from Gerald Subaru of Naperville through Kelly Thomas yesterday. We had been in contact with Kelly since July. She has been the most helpful sales consultant. During the month while we're waiting for the arrival of our Crosstrek, she has been updating us by email and occasional phone call regarding the status of the car. She has been very quick in replying to all our questions and is very knowledgeable about Subaru cars. At no point did we feel that she was pressuring us to buy a car from her. With regards to the finance aspect, Asim Aslam made the whole task quick and hassle-free. He gave us a great deal on the Added Security Maintenance and Gold Plus Service. We've purchased cars from other car dealers before, and this car buying experience has been the least stressful. In the end, we got a great deal on an excellent car. We are grateful to Kelly and Asim for making this purchase the best car buying experience ever. More
