Friendly and knowledgable staff I've had my Forrester XT now for one month. This is my first Subaru. Still learning about its many features, but very happy with it. I can't say e I've had my Forrester XT now for one month. This is my first Subaru. Still learning about its many features, but very happy with it. I can't say enough about the staff at Gerald Subaru. They are friendly and definitely know Subaru. Kelly's style and personality are more like that of a close family friend or good next door neighbor; rather than the stereotype of aggressive car salesperson. The Gerald Subaru facility is fantastic and dedicated 100% to Subaru brand and Subaru owners instead of as a smaller niche brand just tacked onto the corner of a Ford, GM, or other brand dealer. My only complaint? I just wished I didn't live 2.5 hours away. There are two Subaru (not exclusive) dealers closer to me, but Gerald Subaru bested both of them. Hey Gerald Subaru, ever consider a downstate Illinois expansion? I'll be first in line at the ribbon cutting ceremony! More

I was at 3 other subaru dealers before Gerald which had no comparison on the level of professionalism and dignity which all associates showed. I was treated like a person and given great advice to meet my needs. I will buy everything for the rest of my life from gerald! Kelly was a great salesperson, never did I feel like I had to buy from her. She made me want to buy from her! Great person! This place needs to train the rest of the dealerships how to treat their customers! More

Decision process towards Gerald Subaru Outback Lease My wife and I had an educational experience in the process of choice of Brand vs. Dealership decisions before finally going with Gerald Subaru of Nape My wife and I had an educational experience in the process of choice of Brand vs. Dealership decisions before finally going with Gerald Subaru of Naperville. They won our trust because they tried harder at the end, particularly Kelly Thomas and her professional team effort. We had choices and perhaps at less cost elsewhere, but Kelly assisted us with "10 Stars" in reaching our ultimate new Outback Limited choice. Other dealerships were as product savvy and very persuasive but in the end, we felt comfortable with their responsiveness when we seriously looked at cancelling a deal of less value for a Premium vs. Limited vehicle option. The process up until meeting Kelly and her efforts may have been shortened, however, we were also getting "sold" from other dealers and angles at the "end of a month crunch." We're bottom line people and hopefully others who use this very positive review of Gearld Subaru of Naperville ultimately, seek a similar good experience as ours was in the end. Now it's up to our new car and Gerald/Subaru Service commitments to hold to their good faith promises. More
