Kelsey was friendly and quick to get answers to my questions. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and recall at 8:30am. When I scheduled the appt, I think I should have been told it would take 2-3 hours so that I was prepared. I had stated I was goin recall at 8:30am. When I scheduled the appt, I think I should have been told it would take 2-3 hours so that I was prepared. I had stated I was going to wait for my vehicle when I made the appt. So, much to my dismay, when I arrived to drop off my vehicle that it was going to be multiple hours to get my car completed. I decided to walk down the road to a breakfast spot and when I returned I was told my car was being finished and would be washed and ready in about 10 minutes. I was pretty pleased my car was almost done and it was only 2 hours into the experience thankfully! However, a half hour later my car was still not ready nor was it washed. At this point, I was more than ready to leave and thoroughly disappointed in the service received. I left without my car being left because there was a shortage of “car washers” and couldn’t tell me how much longer I would be there waiting. More
