Kelvin did a great job with helping me get my first car out of college and at my first job! He was very patient with me and even got another person (Sean) to sit in the backseat to use as a reference for m out of college and at my first job! He was very patient with me and even got another person (Sean) to sit in the backseat to use as a reference for my 2020 CH-R. The car is not for everyone but they were so patient with me through the whole process and managed to get me such a great deal. Communication was great and I heard about the horror stories of being stuck at a dealership for 4+ hours in order to purchase a car but I was able to get in and out in 2.5 hours while still test driving the car and getting glimpses of other new cars for 2020. Definitely recommend and might even go back in 5/6 years for maybe another car! Thank you!! More

From the initial contact through the final sale, Kelvin was very professional and helped us with all of our MANY questions. He was always very positive but with no pressure throughout the transaction. He even came in on his day off to help us finalize the deal and drive away as happy, satisfied customers. Kelvin helped us with our test drive(s) (yes, we took more than one) and was always determined to help us do what was right for us. No pressure, no tricky "dealer speak" - just straight-forward conversation. Roy (finance) was also very excellent to work with. Accommodated us in this Covid environment and was quick and to the point on the paperwork. No hard up-sell / very knowledgable. More

I set my expectations really low when I first arrived at Toyota Sunnyvale because i was frustrated from car shopping at other dealerships. From the moment we arrived, Kelvin is the one who greeted us and showed us around. I can tell right away that Kelvin definitely is very patient and helpful. I really appreciate when Kelvin tried his best to help us out with our new car. We had some problems with the paperwork which took us some extra time to solve it, but Kelvin was very patient and that made me really happy and appreciate about it. I love how considerate he is after we purchased the car, he called me sometimes to make sure everything is going great with my car and you know just a little thing like that makes me very happy with my purchase.
