He worked hard to get me what i wanted, offer me the best deals, and make the process run smoothly. Poor thing worked overtime sometimes because of my availability. That makes him an employee who has his customers in mind first before anything! He is a keeper! Will definitely spread the word and recommend him. He even searched various insurances and helped me compare quotes. Overall, great environement at this Honda. Staff is friendly. Only thing I would say is to better the wait time to see a financer. He explained everything thoroughly, from the paperwork to the how to actually operate the features of the car. Kelvin Rodriguez, the Finance Manager, was also extremely helpful in explaining the financial paperwork and warranty options. Thank you again, guys!
