WONDERFUL, STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE!! The lease on my Honda was coming to an end, so I returned to the dealership where I had gotten the car. I was really disappointed. So much so, that The lease on my Honda was coming to an end, so I returned to the dealership where I had gotten the car. I was really disappointed. So much so, that I didn’t think I wanted to deal with Honda anymore. A coworker of mine suggested I give Paramus Honda a try. I am so happy that I did! Matt Huziker welcomed me, and I immediately felt assured that I was going to be able get another Honda. Carlos Gonzalez is the Salesman who helped me. He showed me different options, answered my many questions, and gave me the opportunity to test drive a few different cars. I never felt pressured. I wound up getting a car, that I had never even considered before! I absolutely love my new Honda civic hatchback! Kelvin Rodriguez, in Finance was also very friendly, informative, and time efficient! I shall be a loyal returning customer of DCH Paramus Honda!! I highly recommend this dealership. They really turned things around for me, and restored my opinion of Honda. They are GREAT vehicles, and this dealership represents their brand worthily! Sincerely, Maureen Raybould July 26,2018 More

I can in with a over priced car paying ridiculous money and I’m driving out with a brand new 2018 . Mr. Rodriguez the finance specialist explained every single aspect of my contract before having me sign & the wonderful Weatherly explained and helped me with showing me how to used the new features on my car . Can’t forget a very polite gentleman Haram that made sure my car was sparkly clean . I can’t express my gratitude from beginning to finish the overall experience was PERFECT. Highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda. Thank you so much everyone . More

One very happy and impressed customer! I am gladly writing this review because of the wonderful experience I had at this dealership. From emailing with the internet sales associate Frank Jo I am gladly writing this review because of the wonderful experience I had at this dealership. From emailing with the internet sales associate Frank Jones, to working with my salesman Alex Bernabe as well as speaking with the manager CJ, all made my experience pleasant. They were all very accommodating and professional which lead to a quick and smooth purchase. The consultant Hamad Deeb, was very compotent and patient with both my husband and I, when teaching us about.all the features in my CRV. After he programmed and explained all the details to us, he then asked us to show him how to perform all the features on our own. As a teacher, I was very impressed by how thorough he was in his teaching and how much pride he took in making sure we didn’t leave without knowing how to use all the features. I will definitely be going back with my sister-in-law in November to purchase her new car. More

Worth the Trip I just purchased my 5th Honda Accord, and the first from Paramus Honda. It is not the closest dealer to my home, but by far the largest and newest. I just purchased my 5th Honda Accord, and the first from Paramus Honda. It is not the closest dealer to my home, but by far the largest and newest. Their showroom is beautiful and the service building is very impressive. Because I did not have to be sold on this product, it was about the customer experience and price for me. Mr. Karagoz is pleasant, knowledgeable, and experienced. Salesmen at other dealers had been on the job for less than one year; Kadir has been there 20 years and it shows. The delivery team was patient and very helpful. I'm looking forward to my first service experience. More
