Max is the BEST! !! He’s super efficient and knowledgeable! He made our purchase a BREEZE, didn’t keep us waiting and took his the time with us to competently guide u !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!!! As a salesperson myself, I recognize sales and customer service excellence when I see it and this guy is top notch! I’d totally recommend him to everyone I know! More

Just left the dealership an hour ago and to say the least this dealership gave me the worst vibe and that says a lot being loyal to Honda for over a decade. First things first. All dealerships are low on car this dealership gave me the worst vibe and that says a lot being loyal to Honda for over a decade. First things first. All dealerships are low on cars because of chip shortages and don’t have vehicles to sell. What kind of deals does this dealership have to offer its loyal customers? A 6000$ mark up on the price of the truck because “availability”. Attached I have shown their picture directly from the website with the MSRP of the truck (Ridgeline) precisely crossed out in red and on the bottom it says they’ll have a great deal for you…lol. Upon arrival we were trading our vehicle in and according to KBB the value was 14,400. They offered 11,000 initially and like I said a $47,000 truck that on their website they show $41k. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the dealership needs to make its money too, but you’re making money on my car, and you’re charging your loyal customer 7k more on a truck? What a joke. I came with the intention of doing business, with a number that was doable, with my math correct. Thankfully I found a location that only raised the price 2500$ and not 7,000$. Don’t waste your time going to this location. They’ll have their super scary sales guy named CJ come out and try to intimidate you into purchasing a $40,000 for almost $48,000 with a 5% interest rate, belittle you and your trade in value, raise his voice at you and hope you budge. I’ll take my business to another dealership. Buyer beware! PS: Morehead Honda doesn’t mark up prices for their loyal customers. I’ll wait until they have one before I ever contemplate dealing with CJ again. Mr. CJ is a bully, manipulator, and belittles the customer with intimidation. More
