Horrible! Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car isn't that old they told me my alignment was bad. I took it to another dealer after my o Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car isn't that old they told me my alignment was bad. I took it to another dealer after my oil change and was told it was ok. The oil change took 2 hours. They left a dirty rag in my cup holder and there was oil all over the interior of my car. They moved my seat adjustments too. After I had left I realized there was no way they rotated my tires because I never gave them the lug unlocking tool they needed to remove my tires. Makes you wonder what else they are messing up. They had someone call me to ask why I missed my appointment a few days later too. I didn't miss any of my appointments ever but every time I go there for service they always call me to ask why I am not going to my appointments. This is my third and last car from Sands Chevrolet in Surprise Arizona! Each of my cars I purchased there has cracked windshields they had to fix. These were brand new cars! The list is a mile long with this place! Very very frustrating and rude people! More

Great service, great service advisor. This is a nice dealership, everyone seems to be helpful even the tire guys. Everyone was very professional and I was treated really well. Fantastic Customer Service!!! I took my car in due to the fact that my a/c wasn't functioning properly. Henry went out of his way to keep me informed of everything that was going o I took my car in due to the fact that my a/c wasn't functioning properly. Henry went out of his way to keep me informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle and when he wasn't there, Ken kept updating me on the status of my car. Although there was some complications with my car they made the process smoother and hassle free with there communication skills! Overall the customer service and the service they did to my car was EXCELLENT!!!!! More
