Womp womp Sales people are harassing. No doesn't mean no with them no matter how many times you say it. I was bothered in the waiting area while waiting for my Sales people are harassing. No doesn't mean no with them no matter how many times you say it. I was bothered in the waiting area while waiting for my car to be fixed, I wasn't even in the sales area. Then when my car was finished and I got it almost home, I realized the lovely new chip in my windshield. When I called, I was told there was NO WAY the chipped window happened with them. Guess I must have dreamed that my windshield was in tact before I got there. The service man was reluctant but finally agreed to fix it. When it gets to that point I won't trade in my cobalt here if it were the last dealership on earth. Luckily there's better, safer cars and dealerships all over the place. More

Ken was amazing I took my 2007 Malibu in for some maintenance and had the pleasure to work with Ken. He was polite the whole way through and did anything and everythi I took my 2007 Malibu in for some maintenance and had the pleasure to work with Ken. He was polite the whole way through and did anything and everything to make sure things were done right. His communication skills were awesome as he would call me with updates every so often. In the end I was a happy customer and will be going there from here on out. More

Oil and check leak in tire. (2016 Traverse) Great experience our service tech went above and beyond to keep us happy and safe. bed liner and desert package instll i took my 2016 silverado in for a bed liner and the desert package.they did an outstanding job.they called me about 4 pm ask me if they could keep it i took my 2016 silverado in for a bed liner and the desert package.they did an outstanding job.they called me about 4 pm ask me if they could keep it over night to finish it in the morning,i didn't care.The next day all the work was done,they even filled the tank and washed it.Thank you guys you are great. More

Steering Fluid and Brake Fluid flush and refill Ken Ashby was my service rep and greeted me upon my arrival. He noted my scheduled service and noted an additional issue that I wanted to be addresse Ken Ashby was my service rep and greeted me upon my arrival. He noted my scheduled service and noted an additional issue that I wanted to be addressed during the service. He made sure I was signed up for the shuttle service and later called to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. He also advised me that while preforming the tire rotation the service tech had found a screw in one of my tires. Ken was very polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. More
