Ken is the man! Again, Sands Surprise service is the only reason to go to this dealer. Service advisor Ken is the man who bends over backwards to make sure his custom Again, Sands Surprise service is the only reason to go to this dealer. Service advisor Ken is the man who bends over backwards to make sure his customer gets taken care of. If not for my steering wheel being off center after fixing a failed alignment competed by an alignment shop I would say this was a great experience. Now, if I actually were to mention to Ken, I'm more than positive that Ken would ensure it gets done. Thank you Ken for your efforts, you are the only reason Sands Surprsie is worth visiting. More
