Detail Engine compartment was spotless and like new. Interior was very clean. Exterior was very clean however missed a few bugs on the front but otherwise Engine compartment was spotless and like new. Interior was very clean. GM don't stand behind there product, or service they do GM does not stand behind there product, or the service received in there dealerships. Never will own another GM product. Also there willingness to loo GM does not stand behind there product, or the service received in there dealerships. Never will own another GM product. Also there willingness to look up service done at other dealerships is poor. More

Completed on time and correctly Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. Car was washed free but didn't come out very well so they washed Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. Car was washed free but didn't come out very well so they washed and hand dried it again and it looks good. Worked with Ken Ashby who took care of me. He knows what he is doing and kept me informed along the way. More

Everything was great! My cell service guy can Ashley was fantastic he was very surreal and make sure the service I need was what I got and then some. It’s like going to the dentist I always feel like I am being ran around and like they just want my money. Customer service seems like it takes the backseat to making money. I get that they are in business to make a profit but at least have a friendly and informative approach about it. Nearly every time I have been here I have had some sort of conflict with the service department and I have seen many times when others were also upset in the service department. I have had to deal with multiple warranty issues on my truck and every time they want to try and put the blame of the defective part onto my lift kit. Oil pan was leaking, it’s the lift kits fault and they wanted to charge me almost $1000 to fix it! lift has nothing to do with the oil pan. Ultimately they ended up covering it after a lot of back and forth. Then my tire pressure monitor in the dash wasn’t registering after they did a tire rotation and a GM recall that required reflashing the trucks computer (yet the TPS was working when I brought it in) and they of course blame it on the wheels on the truck...yeah those same wheels have been on the truck for 20+ thousand miles and numerous tire rotations without an issue. Had a bad battery that needed to be replaced...that went somewhat smooth but I noticed a couple days after the repair that there was an oddly placed dent in my fender (while very minor and not real noticeable) that happens to be the same side of the battery and dent was about the same length as the battery they just installed...appears the battery was bumped against my fender while installing, they claim that they couldn’t have done that dent. Yeah ok. These are just a couple of the many service issues I have encountered here. Unfortunately this is the closest Chevy dealer to me by about 30 mins or I wouldn’t have taken a second visit to this place...I will from now on be taking the further drive to another Chevy dealer for my service appointments. More

Good service, but very expensive labor costs. My wife brought me towing mirrors for my Silverado 2500 HD truck. Labor is more than half the price of the mirror. Seem a bit much...
