Great , friendly service We went in for our oil change , it's very convenient and I love how the person that took our car was the one to personally give us our keys back and f We went in for our oil change , it's very convenient and I love how the person that took our car was the one to personally give us our keys back and found us to let us know it was ready to go . They even washed our car ! We will be coming back soon for our next vehicle . More

Service dept I went in for a routine service oil change and tire rotation and found out I had another problem that ended up costing me unexpectedly out of pocket I went in for a routine service oil change and tire rotation and found out I had another problem that ended up costing me unexpectedly out of pocket Ken noticed caused stress .jen did everything possible to make it more affordable he didn’t have to do it at he did I am so grateful because I am disabled and we live on fixed income ..made a difference More

Great service! My regular service representative is Ken Ashby. He is always friendly and helpful. I came in for an oil change and he checked to see what other serv My regular service representative is Ken Ashby. He is always friendly and helpful. I came in for an oil change and he checked to see what other service might be necessary at my current milage. I will return for the recommended service after the first of the year. I waited in the customer waiting area and as soon as the service was completed Ken came in to let me know my vehicle was done and got me on my way quickly. Thanks again to Ken! More

Wonderful Dealership with Excellently service I’ve been going to Sands Chevrolet in Surprise since I moved back to Arizona in 2014. Over priced! I can't understand why Sands Chevrolet charged my wife $22.00 to rotate TWO tires. They sold her on the fact that she needed to have a front wheel ali I can't understand why Sands Chevrolet charged my wife $22.00 to rotate TWO tires. They sold her on the fact that she needed to have a front wheel alignment which WAS NOT NECESSARY. So they removed the two front wheels which they had to put back on the vehicle anyway. So the charge of $22.00 was to take the two back tires and put them on the front. The two front tires they had to take off for the un-needed alignment were put on the back instead of the front. My main complaint is that there should not have been ANY charge for a tire rotation to begin with. Any place you go in the Valley does NOT charge you for a tire rotation, if you bought the tires from them, i.e. Walmart, Pep Boys, Firestone, Sears etc. etc. We purchased these tires new when we paid $33,000 for the new vehicle last year 2016. In short, I'm not a "Happy Camper". As far as I'm concerned, Sands Chevrolet in Surprise has seen the last of me! More
