I usually dread going to dealerships, but Larson Ford made the experience easy for me. Most of the back-and-forth was handled over the phone or via text, so when I arrived to sign the financing paperwork made the experience easy for me. Robert was an outstanding salesperson. I am busy and don’t have time to sit a dealership for hours on end. This is the second car I’ve leased through Robert and Larson Ford. Robert kept me informed and updated throughout the completely painless process. I used to dread purchasing a new vehicle because of the time and aggravation it took to get the process completed. This is an issue of the past. Robert was the most professional and proactive salesperson I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I sent the exact same email to multiple salespeople online at multiple dealerships requesting to do all of the .transaction online and only had to bring in my trade and sign the paperwork and was out the door in my new vehicle in under an hour. Robert was the only person persistent enough to follow through with my needs and requests. Robert went over and above in my opinion. Robert explained everything on my new vehicle after i arrived and I was introduced to another outstanding employee at Larson Ford. I don’t remember the persons name that we signed papwerwork with but he was extremely knowledgeable and VERY ORGANIZED in the paperwork process. Going over each piece of paperwork signed and answered every question quickly and efficiently and with a smile. Even finding time tobmake my wife and I laugh a little with his witty humor.
