Bob is an outstanding salesman for Basney. I have purchased/leased several cars from him. I have also referred friends and family to him. He is just that good! I did not meet Chip Basney during my four hours at this dealership. I cannot give a rating. Leslie Altimus was extremely helpful when I called the dealership directly regarding a used vehicle I found dealership. I cannot give a rating. Leslie Altimus was extremely helpful when I called the dealership directly regarding a used vehicle I found via CarGurus. I called one morning at 8:30 am and she answered her phone in her car on the way to work. She then called me back once she arrived at the dealership to answer any further questions I had about the car. I spoke with Leslie numerous times before driving 1.5 hours to test drive the Honda Pilot. Once I arrived at the dealership, she came up and personally introduced herself and welcomed me to Basney Honda. Matt Podlin was very personable. He allowed me plenty of time to test drive the 2022 Honda Pilot Touring and spent time with me going over the features of the vehicle. Ken Bloss was willing to work with me when paperwork issues bogged down the final transaction. Ken was very professional and pleasant. We were successful with the transaction and I bought the car. More

Service Depy management could use some training in customer service. Don Perkins behavior was inexcusable. If it weren't for the folks that I have built a relationship with over the last 32 years and customer service. Don Perkins behavior was inexcusable. If it weren't for the folks that I have built a relationship with over the last 32 years and 11 cars I would go elsewhere. I had a new, 6-week-old car that had no right blinker or headlight. The whole system had to be replaced and needed to order it overnight. Don couldn't seem to locate a car for me to use overnight. I have a 40 hr a week job and was volunteering that afternoon at Ronald McDonald House Charities. They have an entire lot of used cars and only 2 loaners that were both out. They finally located one. But the most important part of this review is Don had absolutely the most unprofessional manner I have ever experienced. If I were the boss he would not be my choice for representing Basney. More
